Photoshop is a very big tool and every designer knows about this software but this software is difficult to learn.

When newbies learn this software, it takes a lot of time, but if people already understand software like Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign, they will easily learn Photoshop.
The amount of time the student takes with these things also depends on the student and teacher.
The student will learn in 1 to 2 months if they practice daily for 3 to 4 hours and complete all the tasks the client will require. A student who learns everything will spend a lot of time doing it.
However, if the student only understands a few tools like cropping, removing background, changing colors, and some other small tasks they will take less time.
It takes longer for students to learn from YouTube, and Google because they have to search everything and then practice it, but if students learn from an expert teacher, or join an institute, then it takes less time because if they have any questions, they can ask them directly to their teacher, but if they learn from YouTube, and Google then they have to search everything and then practice it.
If the student will need to learn fast and is willing to spend some money, then I recommend that they learn from Udemy, Coursera, and local institutes that are available in their cities.
When learning for free, I recommend students learn from Youtube, and Google, and take advantage of free internships in their city.
Practice every time means they will need to practice every week if people make them experts. It will not make them experts to provide services if they learn the software for one month and never open it again.
On online platforms, very comprehensive information is available about Photoshop and many people learn online and then provide services.
